Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

NSC | Limited Character Input in FOB Field on Purchase Order Form
Scenario:
A user is filling out a Purchase Order in their system and navigates to the Shipping tab. Within this tab, they attempt to enter a value into the FOB field. However, they notice that the field only allows up to 13 characters.
Solution:
Based on thorough testing, it has been confirmed that this character limit is part of the standard behavior of the FOB field in the Purchase Order’s Shipping tab. The restriction applies across both standard and customized forms, meaning that it is an inherent system limitation.
As a workaround, users may create a custom field to capture additional or more descriptive FOB terms as needed. This custom field can be added to the form layout and used alongside the standard FOB field to ensure all necessary information is captured.
