NSC | SuiteBilling: Positive and Negative Charges on a Subscription

Scenario

The user created a Subscription with multiple line items. One Item is positive while the other two is negative.

Since the total amount of all the Items is zero, they are expecting that all items will be included in one Invoice. However. Negative Charges are created directly as Credit Memo while all positive Charges will be generated as Invoices.

Alternative Solution

Process a Billing Operation for Credit Memo Run then for Bill Run. Make sure to set all the Communication to “No”.
