NetSuite Admin Tip | Resolve Unexpected Error in Make Deposit page

Recently, users have reported encountering an unexpected error when attempting to access the Make Deposits page in NetSuite. This error is caused by customizing the user interface of the Make Deposits page wherein some combination of filters may result in an error. This disrupts the workflow, preventing users from completing essential financial transactions and potentially delaying business operations.

In this case, the resolution involves modifying the URL and adjusting form fields, tasks that may be unfamiliar or intimidating to regular users. Administrators possess the technical know-how to safely guide users through such steps or perform them directly.
