Re-authorize Shopify Connector in NetSuite Connector and Update Fulfillment Locations

This notice is intended for customers who use the NetSuite Connector Shopify integration.

What is Changing?

On June 30, 2025, Shopify is ending support for the 2024-07 API version. This change affects all the Shopify connectors. Starting June 30, 2025, the Shopify syncs will stop working with accounts that have not yet reauthorized.

Recommended Actions

Reauthorize your Shopify connector before June 30, 2025. To avoid service interruption, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to app.farapp.com.
  2. From the left menu, select the Shopify connector and the account.
  3. Go to Settings > Credentials.
  4. Click Account Authorized.
  5. When you are directed, follow the instructions on the Shopify website and you will get a success message in NetSuite Connector. If you have multiple Shopify connectors, repeat this process for each connector.
