SCA Extension Development - What is my local URL?

I'm working on learning to make an Extension for Suite Commerce Advanced and am having trouble testing my work on a local environment.
Going off of this tutorial and further to that this Test an Extension on a Local Server guide.

I believe my environment is all set up correctly, I am using the development files found in my Documents > File Cabinet - SuiteBundles > Bundle 521562 > ExtensionDevelopmentTools-25.1.0.zip
So from this, I think I am struggling to build the correct URL for my local env.
Is it http://www.lapwinguk.com/c.<ACCOUNT_ID>/ExtensionDevelopmentTools-25.1.0/shopping-local.ssp ?
I don't know if I'm writing the SSP_APPLICATION value correctly. I've tried a number of other options like 'sca-dev-25–1–0', 'sca-dev-2025–1', 'SCA_25.1.0' but I'm just at a bit of a loss, guessing and bashing my head on the wall.
