Replicate BOM Inquiry Page in Saved Search with Level 2 Components

Is it possible? I tried to do it on Saved Search, but to no afford. Please drop your insights on how I can make it happen, either thru script, saved search, or any possible ways to make it happen. Sample Structure:

NOTE: If possible, capture level 1 if it does not have level 2, capture level 2 if it has level 1. But capturing all of it is fine if not possible.
