We continued this in New to NetSuite | SuiteQL: SuiteQL Join Types Overview, where we discussed various join types. In this article, we focus on one specific join type: Inner Joins.

An Inner Join retrieves records that have matching values in both tables being joined. This type of join returns only the records that meet the specified join condition—meaning, only rows that share a common value in the specified fields are included in the result set.

Use Inner Joins when you want to analyze or report on related records across different tables, such as connecting transactions with customers, items with pricing, or sales orders with sales reps.
