Address Select on Sales Order

We have a few customers with 100+ shipping addresses. When entering a sales order, the "Ship-To Select" dropdown is making it very difficult to find the proper address.

Is there a way we can make this field searchable? Even trying to type the proper address label, you cannot see what was typed…

Open to any suggestions here. Using a saved search somehow?
