Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Why are credit memos not available to link in related records on support cases?
Under related records on support cases, our customer service team would like to be able to link credit memos that relate to that case. Only Credit Memo is not a supported transaction type. Is this something we can change and turn on? The only options are as per the screenshot.
Is there a way to aloow credit memos to be attached in this way?
