In the New to NetSuite | SuiteQL Overview article, we explored the fundamental concepts and capabilities of SuiteQL. We continued this in New to NetSuite | SuiteQL: SuiteQL Join Types Overview, where we discussed various join types , including New to NetSuite | SuiteQL Join Type: Outer Joins. In this article, we will focus on one specific Outer Join: Right Outer Joins.
A Right Outer Join combines rows from the first (left) table with all rows from the second (right) table, based on a shared column. Unlike a Left Outer Join, the right table is prioritized—meaning the query always returns all rows from the right table, even if there are no matches in the left table.
