Is there a way to hide SSN numbers on Vendor Tax ID field for Individuals?
Client has requested to hide SSN numbers from non-specific roles. Our initial plan was to move SSNs into a custom field while keeping the native Vendor Tax ID field for corporate BN numbers. - Should an encrypted field be used instead of a standard custom field?
- What is the recommended approach to ensure both privacy and compliance within NetSuite?
