What Does the Sales Order Approval Permission Do?
The Approve Sales Orders permission allows designated users to authorize or reject sales orders that require managerial review before processing. When Approval Routing is enabled, Sales Orders are placed in a pending state and cannot be fulfilled or billed until they are formally approved.
