Insert Transaction Failure: No valid, open, tax period for date - 1/5/2026

Question

Hi,

I'm receiving this error when trying to create a customer deposit to Undeposited Funds (payment is by Credit Card).  Tax periods for 2026 have been created and I've created deposits for other customers using the exact same method.  Do you have any suggestions?

Could you please verify whether the fiscal calendar of the subsidiary you are posting the transaction to has the appropriate tax period configured? You can check this by opening the Tax Period page, switching the fiscal calendar filter to the subsidiary’s calendar, and confirming that the required tax period is set up.
