New to NetSuite | Why Is NetSuite Automatically Creating Deposit Transactions?

If you notice that NetSuite is automatically generating Deposit transactions in your account, you may wonder where these come from and how to manage them. Understanding the possible sources of these auto-generated records can help you troubleshoot and maintain accurate financial data. 

 

Step 1: Check for Memorized Transactions 

First, determine if any memorized transactions are set up to create deposits on a schedule: 

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Management > Memorized Transactions > List.  
  2. Filter or sort the list by Transaction Type = Deposit. 

 

If you find Deposit transactions listed as memorized, take note of their Action setting. In this scenario, if the memorized transactions are set as
