NetSuite Admin Tip | Eliminating Rapid Date Field Switching in NetSuite Expense Report Custom Forms
A seamless expense reporting experience is essential for employee productivity and operational efficiency. In some cases, users encounter a disruptive issue on custom NetSuite expense report forms: after entering a date, the cursor rapidly jumps back and forth between the date field and the next field several times per second. This makes accurate data entry nearly impossible and can stall expense submission workflows.
Fortunately, this glitch typically results from a missing required field in the form configuration and can be quickly resolved with a simple update.
Solution:
To address the rapid field switching issue:
- Navigate to Transactions > Employees > Enter Expense Report
