Unable to Add Contact Us form CCT to Page

Hi All,
Hope everyone is doing well.

I recently reinstalled the Map and Contact bundle and activated the extension (1.1.7) for my SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) (19.2.0) web store.

I’m able to see the Contact Us Form CCT in Site Management Tools (SMT). However, when I try to add the form to a page via SMT, I encounter the following error:

The record type [customrecord_sc_cct_cuf] is invalid.

Has anyone faced a similar issue before? Any guidance on the root cause or steps to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
