Invoice Saved Search - # of $ Edits
Hi,
Im trying to create a saved search that looks at the number of times the total/amt of an invoice has been edited/changed and WHO made the change. Date is anything after 11/1/25. The customer should be included along with the old and new total/amts if possible (but only the new amounts can be included if easier).
Im looking at the system information tab but need help creating a case/when formula. My thought is CASE WHEN sys.notes type = Change AND sys.notes = Total, THEN return sys.notes Set by (user who changed the total).
Below is a snapshot of the system notes i reference. My logic might be incorrect so i appreciate any help.
