Dynamic fields within Invoice Group e-mail template not populating when using a Scheduled Workflow
I'm working with the Grouped Invoice functionality and i'm mailing these with an E-mail template through a Scheduled Workflow that runs each day at 17:00.
Within the E-mail template i'm using fields that i've selected with the field picker:
- ${invoicegroup.invoicegroupnumber}
- ${invoicegroup.customer?keep_before(' ')}
- ${invoicegroup.trandate}
When mailing this through communication - mail merge it all works perfectly.
But when I introduce the scheduled workflow it suddenly can't grab the data from the fields anymore, resulting in empty gaps in my email.
How can I make sure that the dynamic fields are populated correctly even when mailing the Invoice Group through a scheduled workflow?
