Contact record under marketing, event defaults to [Default Event]
Our company has started using the lead source field to link campaigns associated with other records like contact record.
We create a marketing campaign, we create a sub- other event. We go to the contact record, in the lead source field we pick the marketing campaign and save the record. In the event field it defaults to [Default Event] its only when you edit the contact record, can you change the event to your sub-event.
Also it does not seem possible to use CSV import to update this event field.
Can anyone help with this. THanks
