The record cannot be deleted, because it is referred to by other records. Vendor Bill
Hi everyone,
I’m encountering a strange issue. I'm trying to delete a line item on a Vendor Bill that is still in Pending Approval status (it hasn't posted to the GL yet).
However, when I try to save or remove the line, I get this error:
"This record cannot be deleted, because it is referred to by other records."
Context:
- The Bill is not created from a Purchase Order (PO).
- Status is still Pending Approval.
- No payments have been applied.
- This item is a Non-Inventory Item for Purchase that can be fulfilled/received.
- I have tried to set the rate and amount of this item to 0.
