NetSuite imports are a big part of keeping your data current, whether you’re bringing in bank activity, updating records through scheduled processes, or loading files manually. In previous updates, teams sometimes struggled with two common problems:

  • Important alerts were missed because notifications didn’t always reach the right person.
  • Too many people were notified (or the wrong people), creating unnecessary noise and slowing response times.

NetSuite 2026.1 addresses both challenges by introducing more flexible and transparent controls for import email notifications, covering both*automatic imports and file uploads. The result: better visibility, clearer accountability, and fewer surprises when something succeeds or fails.
