New to NetSuite | SuiteCommerce CAPTCHA: How to Configure
Before we get started, sign into NetSuite as Administrator as this is required to access and set up CAPTCHA configuration.
NOTE: This setup is only applicable for SuiteCommerce, SuiteCommerce Advanced (2025.2 and later)
1. Go to Configuration:
- Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Configuration.
2. Select Your Site:
- Pick the website and domain you want to secure, then click Configure.
3. Access CAPTCHA Settings:
- Go to the Integrations tab and choose the CAPTCHA subtab.
4. Choose When CAPTCHA Appears:
- Decide where you want CAPTCHA challenges in your store:
- Enable for Registration: Adds CAPTCHA when people create new accounts.
- Enable for Login: Adds CAPTCHA to the login form.
