NetSuite Oracle Cloud Account Name

I am being asked to provide our NetSuite Oracle Cloud Account Name. We received an unhelpful email that said, If you've forgotten your cloud account name or tenancy name, please try the following steps: (1) check the welcome email you received from Oracle for your cloud account name (2) contact your account administrator for assistance. Who is the account administrator - are they referring to my company administrator, if yes, that person is asking me. So you can see the loop I'm stuck in. Anyone have any idea?
