Wrong GL Impact with IC Item Receipt

Hello folks,
There is an intercompany PO/SO, the item fulfillment GL impact is correct but wrong for item receipt.
PO Subsidiary: Qatar
SO Subsidiary: UAE
Item fulfillment GL impact:
Dr/ Intercompany COGS
Dr/ Inventory In-Transit
Cr/ Stock Value
Cr/ Intercompany Clearing Account
Item receipt GL impact:
Dr/ Stock Value
Dr/ Intercompany Clearing Account
Cr/ Accrued Purchases
Cr/ Inventory In-Transit
The issue comes from the GL impact for Inventory In-Transit and Intercompany Clearing Accounts, they are not correct for the item receipt, they should be in UAE but this is not happening, and they are correct for all items except the last two items
