NSC | Missing Group Invoicing Check Box on Customer Record
Scenario
A user enabled the Invoice Groups feature in NetSuite by navigating to Setup > Company > Enable Features > Transactions > Billing and selecting the Invoice Groups option.
After enabling the feature, the user expected to see the Group Invoices check box on the Customer record under the Financial tab. However, the check box was still not visible.
The user wanted to understand what additional actions or configurations were required for the Group Invoices option to appear on the Customer record.
Solution
There are several possible reasons why the Group Invoices check box does not appear on the Customer record even after enabling the Invoice Groups feature.
