NSC | How to create a Saved Search to link Deposit to Customer Deposit

Scenario

A user needs to create a saved search that displays Deposit transactions together with their associated Customer Deposit payments. While reviewing deposit transactions, the user noticed that the related payment information is visible on the transaction itself but was unable to replicate this relationship in a saved search.

The user was able to successfully create a saved search showing the payment transaction and its associated deposit using the Applying Transaction field. However, the reverse requirement, displaying the Deposit transaction along with its related payment, could not be achieved.

Solution

Create a Transaction Saved Search using the following setup:
