NSC | Reactivating and Terminating a Subscription on the Same Day
Scenario
A user attempted to terminate a subscription on the same day it was reactivated from Suspended status. However, the system did not allow the termination to proceed.
The account had the Subscription Management setting Effective at Start of Day enabled by default. The user wanted to understand the correct process for handling this scenario and why the system restricts terminating the subscription on the same date it was reactivated.
Solution
A subscription cannot be terminated on the same date it was reactivated when the setting Effective at Start of Day is set to True.
To terminate the subscription on the same day it was reactivated, update the termination settings and make sure that Effective at Start of Day is set to False.
