NSC | Switzerland Payment File Format Support for UBS CHF Accounts in NetSuite

Scenario

A user configuring payment automation for a Switzerland based entity in NetSuite could not find Switzerland specific payment file formats for UBS CHF and EUR bank accounts. The available templates only included generic international payment formats, leading the user to question whether NetSuite supports Swiss domestic payment formats, custom payment templates, and Multi Currency customization requirements for Switzerland banking compliance.

Solution

Based on SuiteAnswers article 21729 Electronic Bank Payments, NetSuite currently does not provide a supported Switzerland specific payment file format for either EFT or Direct Debit processing.

The Supported Payment Formats section of the article lists the countries and payment formats officially supported by the Electronic Bank Payments functionality, and Switzerland is not currently included.
