NSC | Sales Representative Does Not Automatically Populate on Invoice
Scenario
A user assigned a Sales Representative to a Customer record and expected the Sales Representative field to automatically populate when creating an Invoice for that customer.
However, after creating the Invoice, the Sales Representative field remained blank. The user wanted to determine whether a specific feature or configuration needed to be enabled to ensure the Sales Representative value carries over from the Customer record to transactions.
Solution
There are several common reasons why the Sales Representative field may not automatically populate on the Invoice transaction.
1. Verify Whether Team Selling Is Enabled
Check whether the Team Selling feature is enabled in the account.
