Hi Gurus, We have a person who is not currently a user in NetSuite (no employee record, no login access), but we want them to: * Fill out a timesheet to log their work hours, and * Eventually be billed/paid based on those hours. Please suggest if there is a possibility for that and how.

Hi Nilesh( @User_FJEEG), There are a couple of directions here depending on how much you want to build. You can still create an employee record for this person without giving them login access, which lets you capture time against them and bill or pay based on those hours. Time can be entered on their behalf by an internal user if you do not want to give them access. If you want them to submit their own hours without a NetSuite login, a custom solution works well: * A Suitelet can serve a simple form (available without login) that they fill in, and the backend script creates the time entry or a custom record in NetSuite. * If you have REST web services enabled, you can build a small standalone app (for example plain HTML/JS) that authenticates via a service account and posts the hours through the REST API. * A RESTlet works the same way if you prefer SuiteScript over the standard REST API. From there, the captured hours can flow to billing or payment depending on your process. Note: you know your business in and out and exactly what you need, so weigh these options against your specific workflow and volume. Any of them can work, it comes down to how much you want to build versus keep native.DM me you need any help.
