Saved Search Email Sending Issue

Question

Hi Gurus,

Even though I have added all necessary details in the saved search however it never sent a email to the email address mentioned in the saved search, I'm not sure what could be the reason.

1 - Specific recipients is a active Netsuite employee

2 - Customize message schedule contains from email address

3 - Schedule is also present

Could you please guide why it is not sending a email.

Hi @User_FJEEG,

Please go to Setup > Company > Sent Email List and check the email status to determine whether it was successfully Sent or is marked as Not Sent.

You can also navigate to Lists > Mailing > Undelivered Emails to check for any email deliverability issues. If any errors are listed, please refer to the SuiteAnswers below for an explanation of each error, including its cause and description.
