expense approving by email

Hi,

Is it possible to approve expenses without any access to NetSuite.

Requirement is to send expense approval mails from the system to
the authorized user and approve / reject based on the email reply
coming back.

Note that the user will exist in NetSuite though but will not need to login
or come to approval screen and click & process through UI.

Any ideas ? I am comfortable with scripting etc. in case anything that needs that.
