I have a web store with items that have options which require hiding.  Throughout the ordering process, I can hide the table cells using javascript, but the final thank you email is currently a stumbling block.  We have a customized email (under Site Builder>Customize text) that references a variable "{4}" that is replaced with "the item list table".  I cannot figure out where this is located and how to adjust it for my needs. I cannot hide the entire cell with CSS because I only want to hide some options.  I also cannot use javascript since it's an email.  Any
