Custom invoices per customer
Hello! I have two questions that kind of relate to each other. First question I am wondering is if Netsuite is capable at assigning which custom invoice form is used per customer.
We have 5 custom invoice forms. We use them as certain customers require their own information on their PDF invoices.
I was wondering if there is a way to automatically ensure that certain customers are defaulted to certain custom invoice forms.
Now we have to manually go in to each invoice (for the customers that require a custom invoice) and change the drop down before we can send it to them.
