Custom Form PDF Layouts: Positioning

We have a few forms that displays body fields vertically across the upper right hand side of the page, and underneath that are some other fields, ie Ship To / Bill To fields across the middle/upper portion of the page, just beneath those body fields.

The issue is, especially where tracking information is available, these body fields run into the Ship To. Any way to fix? I tried playing with the Anchor To fields, but no dice...

Also, I found 0 documentation regarding the Anchor to field.
