We are able to select a default email template when we individually email out invoices to customer. But when using the bulk "Invoice Sales Orders" page, the system sends the emails out right away using a default email signature that we can't customize (see below). I couldn't locate a setting where we can set a default email template for this page. Any insight? Thanks!
