incomplete search result in saved search scheduled email pdf file

We have a saved search to list all locations bill and bill credit. The search result includes each location email.

We have scheduled email to send in month end and email recipients from result.

In month end, we would like to send each location the search result in pdf. But pdf search result only includes part of results, not all of them. For example, one location has 600+ result, in Netsuite saved search result page, I can click PDF icon and see all results, total 38 pages. But in email attached pdf, only one page, 40 results are listed.

Is there any limitation for saved search scheduled email pdf file?
