Emailed Invoices Frequently Going to Spam / Being Blocked At Server Level, SPF / DKIM set Up
Lately we've been having a big issue with a lot of our major clients' invoiced going to spam or being blocked at the server level.
Any ideas?
It's just an emailed pdf of the invoice, and for clients that used to get the exact same email.
Also, where do I find the template used to send out standard invoices, and can I edit the
text/html MIME parts to include a text version of my message (text/plain) somewhere?
