NetSuite not updating Revenue Arrangements

Is there a certain time when the system shuts down? It is 8pm on the East Coast in the US and my Update Revenue Arrangements has been pending for over an hour. I was hoping to get the month done but I'm going to have to log off since nothing is happening.
