Custom record forms

Hello Everyone, I am having issue where the user with "custom record entries" permission can only see the following options after saving the form.

1- File drag and drop

2- Sticknotes

3- Notes tab

4- Files tab

5- Workflow tab

Please see the screenshots below.

Would it be possible to point me in the right direction to fix this.

As a owner of the custom record, when I open the entry form it has all of the options on the form.
