Bin On Hand is less than Bin Available - Causing Negative Bin On Hand
Hello,
We are experiencing a problem where Bin On Hand (Under Inventory detail subtab) is less than Bin Available. Pick tasks will be committed to the bin with positive Bin Available even though Bin On Hand is less than or equal to 0 which causes Bin On Hand to be negative once Item Fulfillment transaction gets created.
Adjusting 3pcs to Bin Number: 05-82-B will make Bin On Hand to be 1pc and Bin Available to be 3pcs. We had a same result when we transferred inventory from other bin (05-69-D)
Location On Hand matches with sum of Bin On Hand including the negative quantity. (40-2+5+3+1=47pcs)
1
