WMS > Pick Task > Failed to generate IF > Error: "invalid binnumber reference key XXX"
new to wave picking
we have 2 main warehouse locations for orders and fulfillment. our main location is experiencing item fulfillment failures daily. most failures are for invalid bin reference at the outbound staging bin. our 2nd location has had zero failures.
these failures cannot be reversed or marked done (Shipping, Picking, Reverse Picks or Mark Open Picks Done).
we now have over 500 records for inventory in the staging bin (most of the inventory records are negative qtys)
I've opened 2 different cases on this topic and haven't gotten any assistance or solution.
Case # 3987037
Case # 3982759
