A question. I have a Customer wanting to utilize Quantity Pricing. I have enabled the feature. Upon creating a new item or editing an existing item. We enter quantity pricing information. "Save" Quantity pricing data is empty. I suspect this is the work of a script or Workflow, although I cannot find it. I do however see this one sentence pertaining to Billing Classes and Quantity pricing.

Note Because the Quantity Pricing feature is not compatible with the Billing Classes feature, you cannot use both features at one time. If both are enabled, then billing classes replace quantity pricing on service item records.
