Email Template Audit trail
Hi,
I received the below question:
Would it be possible to add a number of columns to the template column list page to make this list a bit easier?
Can we add:
1. Date last modified
2, Username who last made changes
3. Date when this template was last sent throug a workflow
The reason for this question is the review of the copy we are working on. You now have to open every email template
and manually check whether the text has already been changed. Would be nice to be able to see that at a glance in the list view..
Do you know if there is a way to keep an audit trail on the email templates?
