Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

How can I identify the allocations of components on a Kit/Package Item?
I have a situation where a Kit/Package is BACK ORDERED on a sales order because there are components not available because they are apparently allocated to other Kit/Packages.
I say that because if I look at the RELATED RECORDS on a component that the Kit/Package is short on, it does not show where the component is allocated to.
Example:
My Kit/Package p/n ARK761347-EVONIK is BACK ORDERED on my SO005840 because component AR564198 is not available. I have 4 On Hand and 1 BACK ORDERED. SO005840 being the one it is BACK ORDERED for.
How do I determine what order(s) the other 4 each AR564198 are allocated since it is not showing up on the RELATED RECORDS tab of the Item Master?
