Limit customization of list views in Netsuite

Hi!!


How can I limit the customization of list views in Netsuit

I don´t want to the sales rep rol, can change the structure of the list view.

The standard is that it is allowed for everyone can edit or customize their views, but in this case they can add the product cost field, and I don't want them to be able to do it!!!


In short, I want to remove the button shown in the attached image, , e,
