Item description from Item fulfilment records?

Hello!

I am attempting to create a saved search that will list all Item Fulfilment items with their description. The issue that I'm running into is trying to retrieve the description from each item in the item fulfilment record. For example, I have this item fulfilment (IF07) that contains the following items:

Now I want to create a saved search that will give me the IF and its description, but for some reason, I am unable to grab the description. My current criteria for my transaction saved search is Type: IF and Main Line = False. This is how my saved search is returned. I am using the Memo field in the results:
