Kit Components on Item Fulfilment

Hi

My question is in two parts. We have a location set up that is set NOT to use bins. When we create a sales order with a kit on the item line and then fulfil the order the fulfilment only shows one component of the kit which is a serialized item. The other kit components are not visible making it impossible for the warehouse team to know what to send out. If I turn use bins on for that the location then the components appear on the fulfilment screen. Is there a way to see the components without switching to
