Custom Field(s) not rendering in My Account > Purchase History

I've been unable to get a custom field to render on our My Account page. We are currently running SCA 2019.2 in Production and 2020.2 in our Sandbox.

I found this article in Help "Create Custom Fields by Customizing Templates" and followed the steps: https://xxxxxxx-sb1.app.netsuite.com/app/help/helpcenter.nl?fid=section_1534761413.html

  1. Create custom field
  2. Add to Order Field Set
  3. Update transaction_line_views_cell_actionable.tpl template.

What's odd is that we have been utilizing custom fields in templates for our PDP and Checkout pages without issue. It just does not seem to work in My Account.
