who did what ! Employee logs

Hello Everyone!

I am trying to create a report or audit log to show the activities of each employees based on a date.

example:

User A logintime 8.30AM (activities count 17)

  • Create new opp,
  • Send new email,
  • Open report and

What is the best way to create this report ? I am guess there is an audit trail log in the system but I can't find it to customize it ?

Can you help me to make my manager happy so I can ask for bonus! ?
